Include your product and version you need help with.

Include your OS and version, service pack and network configuration (e.g. Windows 2000 Standalone or XP). If you are running on a network, state the type of your network.

Attach small code snippets demonstrating your issues. Do not include unrelated source code.

Warn before sending large attachments (greater than 100kb). Alternate arrangements will be made for large files.
